How do I place an order?

What is the delivery time?
We ship our in stock books within 1-3 business days.
Special orders are placed with publishers at the end of each business day.
It takes 2-3 weeks to import books from: France, England and Germany.
It takes 3-5 weeks to import books from: Spain, Italy, Mexico, China, Japan and India.
It takes 4-6 weeks to import books from all the other countries.
How do you manage backorders and special orders?
Foreign Book Source stays in constant correspondence with the export departments overseas. This allows us to keep current with our special orders. We are therefore able to relay the status of our client’s backorders at any time.
When is payment due?
Payments are due in 30 days from the date of the invoices.
What is the return policy?
1. Before making any returns, a written request is required. All Returns must include a copy of our return permission.
2. Only stock items are returnable. Specially ordered books are not returnable.
3. Returns must be made within 6 months from the date on our official invoice.
4. Credits should be used within one year from the date of the credit memo.
